SVPU is known a variety of niche vehicle lines like the Mustang SVO, Lincoln Mark VII, Saleen, Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, etc. but we are also a full-service restoration shop and deal with other cars as well. We also have a huge stash of used parts we are working on getting loaded into our online shopping system and we come across new and NOS parts as well. We have always had the "stuff you would never expect to find here" category because of the oddball parts we acquire or accumulate. Lately we have gotten in a large amount of New Old Stock and obsolete Ford and Lincoln parts. Applications like the Ford Trucks, Lincoln Navigator, Nautilus, Escape, Explorer, Lightning, etc. are among all the parts we have available at greatly discounted prices. How about a Nautilus Headlight that is $1666.67 for just $1000.00...if you are doing an insurance repair this discounted brand new Ford part can save you your deductible.
How about a 2021-2023 Raptor rear shock absorber? Larger expensive parts like this all the way down to emblems, clips, spark plugs, etc. We have a huge range of New Ford parts that are not aligned with Mustangs or other vehicles you normally would expect to find here.
Would you believe this grill for a 2020-2022 Ford Escape is already obsolete? Sure, the aftermarket makes some of these parts, but we all know the quality of the Chinese knock-off parts isn't close to an original Ford part. Even though this part is obsolete we have discounted it. We've added a search feature to the site so you can easily sort parts by your interest, Fiesta, Escape, Explorer, etc. It makes it much easier to browse this category now.
Bet you'd never expect to find these? stock is limited to small and medium but it's even cheaper than Summit Racing.
Then off on the other end we have a set of 1990 Corvette brake calipers that are rebuilt. Why? Because one of my customers told me I couldn't put a Ford engine in a Corvette, so I set off and bought a 1990 Corvette with '94 bodywork and I intended to put a Turbocharged 351 in and, paint it up like a Grand Sport and go to the Corvette shows just to annoy the Corvette guys...maybe some payback for all the LS Swapped Mustangs, lol. But when I got the car back to the shop, fixed some things and drove it, I hated it...they ride like a log truck and just not an enjoyable car to drive in my opinion. So, we parted that car out and have some parts still around. The engine will end up in our 1967 Chevy Van project.
I'm a car guy at heart and while I stay heavy on the Ford and Mustang end, I like a lot of different cars. We have a pretty wide variety of vehicles here so that combined with the occasional parts hoard we acquire, we usually have a lot of different parts available and it's so difficult to make a category for each one that we decided to have a catch all section.
So, if you have spare time and are curious, you might find spares for a car you have. If you do auto repair or have a body shop, you'll make a lot more on a job with some of the crash related overstock and obsolete parts we have.
