For the cars equipped with the slapper bars prior to the introduction of the quad shocks, these are used original pad mounts that mount to the control arm for the pad to contact. The plastic deteriorated and fell apart, one bracket has the bolts broken off in it while the other has the bolts included and that part is good. Great if you want to rebuild your own pads or experiment...we just hate to throw them away because these are tough to find. It wouldn't take much to engineer a pad replacement using modern materials and rivets or bolts but there isn't enough demand for us to develop that.
