These are polyurethane boots that we have used as replacements for the SVO Mustang lower ball joint for years now. Almost always the original rubber boots are split on the lower control arm and allow dirt to get in and accelerate the wear of the lower ball joint which is not replaceable. Replace your torn rubber originals with this polyurethane one and keep the dirt out of your ball joints.
